A marvel of design and engineering, Parentesi moves vertically along a cable suspended from the ceiling, tensioned by a cast-iron counterweight that hovers just above the floor.
Designed by Achille Castiglioni and Pio Manzù in 1971. 
Awarded the Compasso d’Oro ADI in 1979.
